Manage your subscription
Premium is billed on the web. From the app go to Settings โ Subscription to open the customer portal, where you can update payment details or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Your data rights
You can exercise these from inside the app (Settings) or by emailing us:
- Export โ download all of your family's data.
- Delete โ erase your family and all associated data, including media.

Report a concern
If you believe a child's information was provided without proper parental consent, email info@bytebunny.com and we will remove it promptly.
